The Cosmetology School is a modern online education platform created to support cosmetology students and working stylists with practical, real-world education that extends beyond traditional training.

The school was founded by Kelsey Morey, licensed cosmetologist and BBA graduate in Marketing with a concentration in Beauty and Wellness. She is an entrepreneur and President of The Cosmetology School. With over a decade of hands-on experience in the beauty industry, Kelsey has built and scaled Haus of Pretty®, trained and mentored stylists, and worked directly with clients across a wide range of career stages.

Through her experience behind the chair and as a business owner, Kelsey saw a consistent gap in cosmetology education- students often graduate with technical basics but without the scientific reasoning, business understanding or career guidance needed to thrive long term. The Cosmetology School was created to help bridge that gap through accessible, modern education designed to reflect the realities of today’s beauty industry.

This platform is designed to be practical, approachable and supportive, helping students and stylists build sustainable careers with confidence.
